Who We Are
STURIA is a venture builder and venture investment firm established in 2022. Our mission is to be the leading company builder and owner of small and medium-sized companies across the technology, services, trade, and real estate sectors. We have identified two underlying problems: firstly, entrepreneurs, concepts, and innovations receive far too little attention, guidance, and capital to propel companies in the marketplace; secondly, established companies experience setbacks in finding the proper, longterm owner to advance companies to the next level.
What companies have in common is a focus on profitability, stable cash flows, and a strong market position. Wellrun companies are not built overnight, and they are rarely cast in the same shape. Therefore, we have a longterm and sustainable perspective when we create, acquire and operate the companies, without any distant limit to how long we remain as owners.

Start-up Model
Our core business is our start-up model, where we create and build companies together with our entrepreneurs and innovators. A company builder “venture builder” is a studio-like company that aims to build several companies in a row. This style of business building is called “parallel entrepreneurship”. We differ from traditional venture capital, a startup, or an incubator/accelerator. We work as active entrepreneurs in our companies, appoint management and board and provide a wide network of contacts and capital with great active focus.
We create companies from scratch together with entrepreneurs, creators, and investors, or alternatively, we enter in seed phase, where we see our ownership and commitment as high from the early phase.
Investment Model
Not infrequently, profitable and wellrun privately owned companies find it difficult to find a new owner who is willing to take over because of a company’s size, complexity, or simply he or she not see a potential for future growth.
It is from this critical vacuum that STURIA’s acquisition model arose and operates: to acquire and run companies in a wide range of industries, sectors, and geographies – with an emphasis on stable and profitable companies. We also acquire undervalued companies where we see potential, resolve problems, and formulate and implement solutions to make the company better and increase its valuation.
